  • 4 peaches, plums or nectarines (or combination), cut in half and pitted
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted, stemmed and cut in half
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, membranes and seeds removed and pepper cut lengthwise in half
  • 1 (1/2-inch) slice red onion (6 to 8 rings)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pounds Hormel® Natural Choice® Honey Deli Ham, cut into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) steaks

  2. Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
  3. Remove fruit from marinade, reserving marinade. Place fruit (except cherries), jalapeño and onion on grill rack. Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. Remove fruit from grill; coarsely chop. Return to marinade.
  4. Reduce grill temperature to medium. Place ham on grill rack. Grill, turning once, 6 minutes or until heated thoroughly and golden brown. Serve ham with fruit salsa.
