Ingredients:

4 peaches, plums or nectarines (or combination), cut in half and pitted

1 cup cherries, pitted, stemmed and cut in half

1 jalapeño pepper, membranes and seeds removed and pepper cut lengthwise in half

1 (1/2-inch) slice red onion (6 to 8 rings)

2 tablespoons honey
-
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 pounds Hormel® Natural Choice® Honey Deli Ham, cut into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) steaks
Directions:

In bowl, combine fruit, jalapeño and onion. Add honey and vinegar; toss until fruit is well coated. Let mixture stand at room temperature 20 to 30 minutes.

Prepare grill for medium-high heat.

Remove fruit from marinade, reserving marinade. Place fruit (except cherries), jalapeño and onion on grill rack. Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. Remove fruit from grill; coarsely chop. Return to marinade.

Reduce grill temperature to medium. Place ham on grill rack. Grill, turning once, 6 minutes or until heated thoroughly and golden brown. Serve ham with fruit salsa.
