Ingredients:

1 (6-ounce) package Hormel® Natural Choice® Grilled Carved Chicken Breast

1/2 cup La Victoria® Salsa Suprema Mild
-
4 CHI-CHI'S® 6 inch Fajita Tortilla
-
1 cup sliced bell pepper
-
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
-
Guacamole
-
Sour cream
Directions:

In bowl, combine chicken and salsa; mix well.

On half of each tortilla, layer chicken mixture, bell pepper and cheese. Gently fold tortilla over filling. Place tortillas on lightly greased skillet.

Cook quesadillas over medium-high heat, turning once, 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and cheese is melted.

Cut quesadillas into wedges; serve with guacamole, additional salsa and sour cream, if desired.
