Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 slices Hormel® Natural Choice® Original Bacon
  • 1 ( ) loaf French bread, split horizontally
  • 3 slices Hormel® Natural Choice® Deli Roast Beef
  • 1 slice Havarti cheese with jalapeños
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. To make Ale House Mustard, in small bowl, combine mustard, cider, maple syrup, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook bacon according to package directions; drain on paper towels.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup Ale House Mustard on cut sides of French bread. Layer roast beef, cheese and bacon on bottom of French bread. Cover with top of French bread.

Notes:


  1. Purchased stone-ground mustard can be used in place of the Ale House Mustard.
