Ingredients:

  • 4 cups half-and half or milk
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 (6-ounce) package seasoned croutons
  • 2 cups Hormel® Natural Choice® Applewood Ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked vegetables (such as sliced mushrooms, bell pepper strips, sliced onions and steamed asparagus pieces)

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, whisk together half-and-half and eggs.
  2. Coat 13X9-inch baking pan with cooking spray; spread croutons over bottom of pan. Top with ham, cooked vegetables, onions and cheese. Gradually pour egg mixture over layers. Cover; refrigerate.
  3. Heat oven to 325°F. Bake egg mixture 40 minutes or until custard is set. Adjust oven to broil. Broil 5 minutes or until surface is spotty brown and puffy. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
