4 cups fresh spinach

1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup fresh apricots, cut into small wedges

1/4 cup citrus salad dressing

1 tablespoon minced fresh mint

Directions:

In small bowl, combine spinach, turkey, avocado and apricots. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Sprinkle with mint.
